World Gold Council employs just over 100 people spread across offices in London, New York, Beijing, Mumbai and Tokyo. And with each office busy with its own regional projects, it’s vital that staff worldwide can share in each other’s successes and challenges.
The communications team wanted to position the organisation as an influential thought leader and deepen understanding of their strategy and values. They wanted to do this using a variety of co-ordinated and accessible platforms.
We produce a range of user-friendly digital communications for World Gold Council’s busy employees. These include an intranet (My Gold World), industry and business news emails, staff briefings and Full Circle, the organisation’s flagship quarterly internal ezine.
Every week we research, write and upload news articles onto My Gold World. We work with the global communications teams to ensure a fair spread of news from across the organisation.

Full Circle is feature-led and includes a mix of industry, business and personal stories and interviews with a wide range of employees.
We’ve integrated communications so Full Circle is advertised by direct email and on My Gold World.
World Gold Council staff are highly engaged with My Gold World and Full Circle. The CEO commented: “Great job – it was a compelling read and made me really proud of our people.”
